Studies estimate we use 20% of our stuff 80% of the time.  We shouldn't let the other 80% of our stuff take up so much space in our lives.

We may never live up to the William Morris ideal, but we can make life easier by:

  • Identifying the things we love and use most
  • Giving the most important items priority placement in our homes, offices and schedules
  • Getting the rest of the stuff out of the way
